The "Stopwoodlanewindfarm" objection document was submitted to Selby District Council Planing office on on 20 August. It can be viewed in full on the Selby District Council Portal or alternatively you can look at the document via this web site - click here for access.

One of our objections concerned the impact of the proposals on the setting of historic buildings. Selby District Council have taken note of this objection and made an announcement about it in the Selby Times on 27 August.

You should say that with reference to the Section 73 Notice in the Selby Times of 27 August that you object to the proposed wind farm developments. This will register as a further objection to both Woodlane and Bishopwood wind farms. If there are any particular buildings you are concerned about you should say which ones, refer to our maps for further information.

Please object on the grounds of detrimental affect on the setting of historic buildings and impact on public rights of way.
