Definition - Consumer scams are unlawful deceptive practices upon unsuspecting consumers designed to facilitate the payment of money grossly disproportionate as to the value of any service actually rendered or any goods provided.
If you think that wind farms involve - deceptive practices, and unsuspecting consumer, and grossly disproportionate payment you are well on the way to seeing wind farms as a scam.
